Asolo Stynger GORE-TEX Women's Walking Boots
The Asolo Stynger features a one-piece water-resistant 1,8 mm suede leather upper, GORE-TEX lining and an Asolo highly technical sole.
Suede Leather Upper
Constructed using a suede leather upper, the Asolo Stynger Walking Boots offer a wider range of protection to help you gain the maximum from your footwear. The suede leather upper keeps the feet protected from debris and sharp objects as well as minimises the risks of wear and tear. The suede has a water-resistant finish to provide added protection at all times. Additionally, a GORE-TEX Extended Comfort Footwear lining offers non-insulated protection to keep you dry and comfortably cool in moderate to warm conditions and during higher activity levels. The GORE-TEX membrane resides inside the boot; supplying a combination of durable waterproofing and optimised breathability. Sometimes it's hard to stay dry without developing that distracting clammy feeling, but GORE-TEX keeps water on the outside while letting perspiration escape from the inside; keeping sweat to a minimum and you, cool and comfy. A rubber toe cap also provides protection from loose debris and rocks. Completing the upper is a lacing system that locks down the midfoot to reduce in-shoe slippage so you can enjoy distraction-free strides.
PU Midsole
The midsole of the Stynger Walking Boots uses a PU foam construction to provide you with long-lasting cushioning and outstanding underfoot comfort. The PU foam feels soft underfoot for increased comfort on expeditions and provides ample support to spare your joints as you strike down on hard, unforgiving surfaces. The midsole ensures you can go further for longer by inundating shocks and protecting your feet when striking down and also dispersing the shocks to propel you forward. The midsole ensures long-lasting comfort for long expeditions whilst a leather cover inlay exists underfoot to increase ventilation. Duo Asolflex technology has also been used in the midsole to provide additional support and protection. This specialised technology melts together two elements to improve comfort and performance. The first element is constructed of a stiff material that benefits anti-pronation, anti-supination and anti-torsion movements. The second element is constructed with a softer material that offers shock absorption while walking.
Asolo Syncro Outsole
The Asolo Stynger's have a highly technical outsole, which has been developed to provide excellent grip and durability. The Asolo Syncro outsole is perfect for a range of activities and ensures a multi-directional grip. The outsole will ensure you have excellent traction on varied terrain, to provide confident footing, whether that's on a technical hike or a relaxed walk. The durable rubber provided on the sole ensures you have a strong grip on differing terrain, working to protect itself from damage, and the user from slipping. The durable outsole has self-cleaning lugs to ensure optimum performance on varying types of terrain, and to ensure rocks and mud aren't constantly getting trapped underfoot.
