Breathable Mesh Upper
Supplying your feet with supreme comfort, and a personalised, sock-like fit, the Metaspeed LD Spikes have a breathable mesh upper construction. The materials will sit comfortably over your foot, moving and flexing with you, allowing you to endure a full range of movement, and prevent restrictions. The fabrics will provide a steady flow of air throughout the shoes, providing constant breathability and ventilation, to keep you going for longer and in total comfort. The uppers have a seamless construction, encouraging targeted airflow, whilst also removing the risks of irritation being caused by rubbing and chafing. Securing the spikes, and providing a great fit, the Metaspeed LDs have a traditional lace-up system, and a flat-lying tongue which sits comfortably on your ankle, therefore removing any risks of irritation or possible abrasion.
FF Blast Midsole and Pinless Carbon Outsole
Extremely lightweight and responsive, the innovative FF Blast Turbo Cushioning will help to generate an exceptional response, to help you go and feel a lot faster. Upon every step, the midsole compresses before quickly snapping back to its original shape to give you an explosive response. The midsole will also provide cushioning to take the weight off the joints like the knees and ankles. This will provide protection to reduce injuries, as well as prevent fatigue from occurring. The impacts on the ground will also be absorbed instantly, which will mean that there won't be any uncomfortable forces felt by the sole of the foot. The outsole and midsole have a Carbon Plate which runs from the midfoot towards the front to add structure while guiding the foot and propelling the body forward. Alongside this is a pinless carbon outsole plate, to help you conserve energy with every step, and rather than piercing the track's surface, the spikes glide across the top. The spikes that have been used on the outsole supply you with enhanced traction and support.
