Engineered Knit Upper
The circular engineered knit upper is designed to wrap the foot like a second skin. FF Blast Plus Midsole
The Kinsei Blast Running Shoes energetic underfoot ride comes from its one-piece FlyteFoam Blast midsole. This new foam is softer and bouncier, providing a great feel from footstrike to toe-off. The soft and energetic nature of the midsole increases the underfoot softness, almost enveloping the foot in a plush, supportive wrap. The midsole of the Kinsei is made up of multiple compounds to bring you a cushioned and explosive ride from stepping out to stepping in. FlyteFoam Blast is the main cushioning compound used the Novablast because of its lightweight foam formulation and high energy return. Its lightweight foam construction reduces drag allowing you to run faster for longer whilst the elastomer creates a high energy return for increased bounce and unrivaled toe-offs. Resilient and innovative, FlyteFoam Blast technology lets you run with the feeling that your feet aren't even touching the ground. FlyteFoam is the lightest cushioning material ASICS has ever made, 55% lighter than the industry standard, EVA and it buffers against the ground to protect you from unnecessary stress and fatigue. The strategic design of the outsole provides an engineered improved grip inspired specifically by the runner's stride.
