Mono-Sock Upper
Providing you with a comfortable, secure fit, the Blast FF 3's have a Mono-Sock upper construction that provides excellent ankle support, ensuring comfort on the court from start to finish. Not only this but the upper construction is more flexible than its predecessors, providing you with multi-directional movement, and allowing you to do so with ease. The shoes' sock-like fit ensures feet remain contained, whilst the no-sew construction prevents irritation or chafing from occurring under intense workout pressure. A traditional lace-up system allows you to provide a secure, locked-in fit, preventing in-shoe slippage from occurring.
FlyteFoam Propel Midsole
Designed to provide lightweight cushioning, the midsole of the Blast FF 3 has been constructed using ASICS' signature FlyteFoam Propel technology. FlyteFoam is the lightest cushioning material ASICS has ever made, 55% lighter than the industry standard, EVA and it buffers against the ground to protect you from unnecessary stress and fatigue. Its reinforced, organic fibres let the material bounce back to its original shape after every run so that you can train harder, more frequently, and for longer without the worry that your shoes might not be able to take it. Resilient and innovative, FlyteFoam Propel technology lets you run with the feeling that your feet aren't even touching the ground. FlyteFoam Propel as explained above has all the features and benefits that you already love about the innovative technology but brings together lightweight foam with high-energy return elastomer for increased bounce and unrivalled toe-off, allowing you to get better performances out of every stride. The thickness of its FlyteFoam Propel technology still provides comfort but allows better control by ensuring closer contact with the court. With exceptional responsiveness, the foam provides the shoe with extreme bounceback. Explosive accelerations, sharp turns, and sudden braking are assisted. In addition, it can absorb shocks, stopping them from damaging the foot. The TURNTRUSS component helps stabilise the foot during side-to-side and turn-back motions by wrapping the rear lateral portion of the midsole while allowing smooth transitions in between each stride.
Durable Rubber Outsole
For superior grip on indoor court surfaces, the durable rubber outsole is able to give you full control. The sole is designed in a way to help with certain movements, giving you confidence and a solid foundation for it. The rubber can stand up for itself over a long course of time, making it ultra-reliable and long-lasting. Multi-directional lugs give you additional areas of grip for traction.
