Engineered Mesh Upper

Providing you with a breathable, cool and comfortable sensation, the shoes utilise a featherlight engineered mesh upper. This upper allows air to flow freely through the shoes to ensure that feet remain cool, whilst also providing a comfortable containment so that feet can remain protected yet able to move flexibly. The uppers are also moisture-wicking, meaning sweat and moisture will be effectively removed from the surface of your skin to keep your feet dry and the shoes comfortable. Keeping you focused on the race ahead, the shoes have a traditional lace-up system, providing you with a locked-in fit, preventing in-shoe slipping from occurring on the track.

Made with a series of recycled materials, this upper features at least 50% recycled content. This product represents just one of adidas' solutions to help end plastic waste.

Lightstrike Cushioning

The midsole of the Adizero Prime SP 2.0 Running Spikes has been constructed using Lightstrike cushioning that delivers the optimal balance of lightweight and responsive cushioning. Designed to provide responsive cushioning without the weight, the midsole combines energy return and stability into one of the lightest TPU foams on the market. Lightstrike spares your joints as you strike down on hard, unforgiving surfaces whilst also propelling you forward to provide you with explosive movement and enduring speed. The light and springy ride supports your feet through the gait cycle whilst remaining as lightweight as possible to ensure you can reach new PBs.

Carbon and Nylon Spike Plate

Providing you with the grip and traction needed on the track, the Prime SP 2.0 utilise an impressive carbon and nylon spike plate, helping you to get to the finish line in confidence. Complete with replaceable spike pins, these shoes are a must for sprint-distance events - you'll be sure to fly to the finish line.
