Six-Spike Forefoot Outsole
The moulded outsole is extremely lightweight and helps to improve stability so that you can achieve maximum speed and performance. A six-spike forefoot enables you to grip that track for a seamless transfer and powerful push-offs.
**You don't want to feel your toe cramped up against the front of the shoe. A spike should feel like it was meant for your foot, a little more snug than a training shoe feels so we would recommend half a size up on normal shoes**
