This product is made with recycled content as part of our ambition to end plastic waste. 20% of pieces used to make the upper are made with a minimum of 50% recycled content.
Breathable Mesh Upper
Designed for track runners who compete in middle distance events, the upper of the Adizero Ambition is made for maximum comfort and support with minimum weight. An asymmetrical lightweight two-mesh upper provides breathability; cool air is encouraged to circulate, removing uncomfortable heat build-up for a healthy environment for your foot to thrive in. The seamless, supportive upper provides excellent stability in lateral movements to promote an elite performance. The Sprintweb technology works in tandem with the Microfit that is specific to all Adizero models. Made for high speed the Sprintweb locks down the forefoot whilst the Microfit provides a soft, glove-like fit that secures the foot for a direct fit and a fast run.
Lightstrike Cushioning
The midsole of the Adizero Ambition Running Spikes has been constructed using Lightstrike cushioning that delivers the optimal balance of lightweight and responsive cushioning. Designed to provide responsive cushioning without the weight, the midsole combines energy return and stability into one of the lightest TPU foam on the market. Lightstrike spares your joints as you strike down on hard, unforgiving surfaces whilst also propelling you forward to provide you with explosive movement and enduring speed. The light and springy ride supports your feet through the gait cycle whilst remaining as lightweight as possible to ensure you can reach new PB's.
Pebax Plate Outsole
The outsole is made using a Pebax Plate with a five spike footfall that allows you to dig into the ground and propel yourself forward from the very start. The Pebax Plate offers maximum energy return while remaining extremely lightweight and durable. The moulded sharkskin-textured outsole provides a lightweight, ultimate grip so you can remain light on your feet without compromising stable footing. Complete with replaceable spike pins, these shoes are a must for middle distance sprinting events - you'll be sure to fly to the finish line.
