Deuter AC Lite 23 Backpack
The AC Lite is a sporty-style pack for fast-paced days on the hill. It features a full-length zipper opening on the front for easy access to the main compartment and the ultra-light Deuter Aircomfort back system with maximum ventilation.
Woven from 600 denier Polyester yarn and with a thick PA coating, the Deuter AC Lite 23 Backpack is tear-resistant, light and highly versatile. This lightweight and extremely robust fabric is perfectly suited to the manufacture of lightweight products. Top-quality PA coating is a highly technical material that is used for lightweight Alpine and Trekking models. The pack uses an Aircomfort system which provides maximum ventilation to keep your back cool and comfortable during high-heat adventures. The back system has a resilient core using a round profile permanent elastic spring steel frame, to keep the pack stable and secure, whilst the special airy mesh works to prevent overheating and keep you cool on the move. Sweat is also quickly removed, to ensure that your back remains dry when things get hot. The mesh back system suspends the bag away from the back for advanced ventilation, allowing air to flow between the back and the bag for comfortable wear even when temperatures rise. This means your back can breathe, and your bag won't become damp with excess moisture, protecting the contents. This back system also prevents items in your bag from jabbing and poking you in the back, reducing the risk of injury. This pack also features padded straps with a breathable mesh membrane, which work to cushion the shoulders from the load of the pack, ensuring pressure is dispersed.
A sternum strap and a waistbelt with hip fins provide carrying comfort and help to distribute the weight of your pack. The mesh membrane works to wick sweat away from the body so you can stay cool, dry, and comfortable, perfect for those long hikes and journeys. The spacious main compartment is perfect for fitting in an extra layer like a waterproof.
The pack has a central zippered opening to allow for quick and easy access to your kit without having to dig or repack. A multitude of pockets means you have plenty of options and variety when it comes to storage; a zip pocket on the top, a stretch pocket on the side and a side-zippered phone pocket offer easy access, making them perfect for storing anything you might need to grab quickly. The pack is compatible with a 2L hydration bladder to allow for hydration on the move. The bag is also equipped with a glasses stow system on the shoulder strap, a pole holder and attachment loops that allow you to attach gear with ease. A helmet net can be fitted retroactively should you wish and an SOS label provides emergency information should you get into any trouble. A key clip keeps your keys easily located and a raincover helps keep your gear dry. The pack is also an eco-conscious choice thanks to its use of PFA-free water-repellent recycled materials and multiple accreditations (ClimatePartner certified, bluesign certified and Green Button certified). This DWR has the added benefit of keeping your kit dry in light rain.
